The Art of Journaling

October 21 @ 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm PDT

Join us via ZOOM!!
Journal writing is an incredible tool for mindfully processing our lives. There’s a reason this seemingly old practice can be so effective- when we write, we bring physicality to our thoughts, releasing stress, inviting in new ideas, and reflecting on the joys of our every day lives. Daniela Garcia Allie, the creator and founder of Amador Collective, has developed a journaling exercise that will stir inspiration to write and unlock the power of what we can build with with a journal and our own two hands. You will receive a hand crafted journal designed by Danielle, mailed to your home. Since Danielle will be creating the journals especially for this session, we ask to please sign up for event no later than October 12th in order to receive your journal before we virtually come together on the 22nd. A portion of the proceeds for this session will go towards supporting Crime Survivors, helping victims of crime during these trying times of the COVID pandemic. We kindly ask for a minimum donation of $40 that will include the event, journal and shipping costs.
