The Whole Purpose is excited to launch our 5-week fitness and wellness program starting on June 1st with Mackenzie Ross, an all-virtual program that will get you fit and healthy by the 4th of July!
What to Expect: 5 virtual 1-hour meetings where Kelly Lam, founder of The Whole Purpose, and Mackenzie Ross, nutrition and wellness expert, will guide you through a 5-week wellness program removing toxic foods and beverages from your diet. Our wellness program is a realistic plan that will promote weight loss and your relationship with food that will continue beyond our 5 weeks together. Each attendee will have a pre and post-session call with Kelly Lam to discuss personal wellness goals. Every week you will receive a grocery list, meal planning ideas for the week, two personalized workout videos created by Mackenzie for this program, Mackenzie’s favorite grocery brands to buy at cost-effective rates, and each week’s meeting will include an interactive cooking demo with Mackenzie to kick off your meal planning for the week.
