TWP Detox Tea
- 1 ounce of fresh peeled ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp of cardamom seeds
- 10 fresh cranberries
- 2 bags of milk thistle tea
- 2 bags of dandelion root tea
- 5 cups of filtered water 1 organic lemon halved
DIRECTIONS: Place lemon (with rind), cinnamon sticks, cardamom, cranberries, and ginger in a large saucepan, add water and boil for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Cover and seep 25 minutes, strain into a large pitcher. Serve either hot or cold.
