Chef Adam Navidi, pioneer for farm to table eating, Southern California Food Writers nominated Chef of the Year for 2018, and the Owner and Founder of Oceans & Earth and Future Food Farms gave us a wonderful tutorial on improving our home cooking techniques and meal planning.
